Regular mail is not traceable therefore claims of parcels lost in transit fall in the responsibility of the buyer. Should you wish to insure your parcel please contact us so we may arrange this and provide you with a cost.

In claims of lost parcels shipped with Regular mail, we will lodge an official investigation. In order to prevent any fraudulent claims, the buyer will provide us with documentations needed for the investigation.
